Annihilationism=No arising, in every case.
The Example, "I just leave the school, then Everything will be better, every problem of nerd children will be finish" idea of some nerd children. But the problem can be worse than they got, while they still are student in school, too. Such as "No transcript to assign any jobs", etc. So "everything will be better" idea is wrong view. So some real cases make their views wrong. Another example, "Just die. Everything will be better" idea, etc.
Eternalism=No Vanishing, in every case.
The Example, "My child just being in school, then everything will be better" idea of some parent of the children. But living in school can be worse than their children will get, after school-left, too. Such as Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gate, etc. So "everything will be better" idea is wrong view. Some real cases make their views wrong. Another example, "Just born in the heaven, to run away from a problem" idea, etc.
What is the center view (Right View)?
4 noble truth view of ariya.
What is 4 noble truth view of ariya?
#Suffering for ariya (Dukkhaṃ-ariyasaccaṃ) and #the cause of suffering for ariya (Dukkha-samudayo-ariyasaccaṃ)
Arising 5 aggregates must die, when their causes vanish (Nothing is eternal). Thay also must be born, when their causes arise (Nothing is annihilation).
So, 5 aggregates are suffering. No one can really control them. Many causes let them to be born and to be die. No people, no animals, no building, etc. They are imagination of mind, that using 5 aggregates, and their arising/vanishing, then call them as "this are people, animals, building".
#the cause of suffering for ariya (Dukkha-samudayo-ariyasaccaṃ)
Taṇhā, that attaching 5 aggregates, is the main cause of suffering. It is the last boss. People go everywhere follow taṇhā-mind. Such as some man think "I like this burger, so I will go to Mc Donald". Then he will born at Mc Donald, in this life. But if he die before he had arrived Mc Donald, then he maybe born in Mc Donald as a fly, etc.

Taṇhā of people, who continuously view like this, in every time, on everywhere, and at everything, will abandon gradually.
#the cessation of suffering for ariya (Dukkha-nirodo-ariyasaccaṃ)
Saupādisesanibbāna is stuff, that ariya knowing, when they enlighten by taṇhā perfectly abandon, can't arise anymore. Similitude you can know your death like "I will die in the future, not over than 200 years, by dysfunction", although you living.
Anupādisesanibbāna is a state of aggregates, that can't arise anymore, after arahan died. Similitude you die. You are death. It is not just knowing death, but you having death state.
#the path leading to the cessation of suffering for ariya (Dukkha-nirodhagāminīpatipadā-ariyasaccaṃ)
Budda's teaching (adhi-) about practicing (-sikkhā) = 3 Adhisikkhā.
- View by 4 noble truth. Don't view as annihilationism, eternalism, or wrong reasons (causes and effects).
- Think with wholesome minds, without 5 nivaraṇa arising, that are the cause of wrong speech, wrong action, wrong livelihood, wrong effort, wrong mindfulness, and wrong concentration.
- Speech by wholesome minds (right speech).
- Action by wholesome minds (right action).
- Livelihood by wholesome minds (right livelihood).
- Effort by wholesome minds (right effort).
- Mindfulness by wholesome minds (right mindfulness).
- Concentration by wholesome minds (right concentration).
